| P R I D E L A N D S |
| Pride Rock (3 sub-boards)
Pride rock is the large majestic rock that is the gathering point for all of the animals of the pride lands. This is the home of the pride lander pride, when stepping foot on this rock you will feel the age old traditions seeping into you. The knowledge that countless generations of lions have lived, fought, and died here. Along the back side of this impressive fixture is a thick patch of acacia trees where the pride likes to spend a lot of their free time.

| The Acacia Pathways
This is a thick wooden area of hundreds of thousands of Acacia trees that stretch for hundreds of miles located behind Pride Rock. It has several paths that run through it, leading to several different parts of the African Savannah. They could be thought of as "Interstate Roads", taking you from far east to far west!

| Watering Hole
This vast expanse of water never dries up, even when the worst droughts hit the lands. The watering hole is a gathering place of many species and often times different herds and species clash here. This is also a prime locations for a hunt.

| Eastern Savannah
The eastern savannah is a very beautiful place, with thick trees and green grass for the herds to eat or the predators to sleep in. The herd activity is constant here and you will always see a group of animals grazing aimlessly through this field.

| Leopard Rock
Leopard rock is a nickname for this massive bunch of rocks that are in the southern savannah in the pride lands. These giant rocks are home to many creatures and you will constantly see cubs playing here. Each of them pretending to be the big King of the Pridelands. This is also a very common place to see the elusive leopard. On some days you will witness the leopard cubs and the lion cubs playing together. A true sign of peace on the savannah.

| Birthing Fields
The birthing field is a place where every animal big and small may come to birth their offspring. This place has plenty of hiding spots for those that want privacy and also has open areas for those that give birth on the move. However, this place has been designated a no kill zone, and every predator has heeded that law since the time of the Great Mohatu. Along the eastern edge is a small pond that provides the new mothers with life sustaining water, along with some thick trees to lay under if one is in need of shade.

| Western Savannah
The western savannah used to be a prime hunting spot for the pride. However when the pride split apart, the outsiders still venture here and try to hunt the animals that graze here. If you don't want a conflict please don't bring your lions here.

| Grassy Hills
The grassy hills are not really very big, more like slops that are covered in very sweet smelling grass. Herd animals are common here as well as are a variety of predators. It is also a well known romantic spot for younger lions and other animals of the pride lands. On a clear night from this point the stars are nearly endless in their beauty.

| The Baobab Tree
This is a very massive tree, it is home to the shaman of the Pridelands. Many come and seek him out for his wisdom and guidance for problems. This tree also seems to have a very mystical quality about it, that many find calming.

| Elephant Graveyard
The graveyard is a dreary land that holds very little life. For the most part no green grass grows here, and the cemetery is always covered in a thick fog. A large hyena clan currently calls this place home.

| Dark Lake
On the eastern side of the graveyard there is a large dark lake. This lake is the major source of water for the hyena's, and is a social point for them. On most hot days you will find a lot of the clan members either resting here or playing with their pups.

| Skull Dens
The skull dens are massive elephant skulls that are used for places to sleep.

| The Underground Cavern
The underground cavern is the clan's meeting place. They come here to discuss important topics or even just to gossip. This area is important for it houses ceremonies, royal births, exiles, and even executions.

| The River (1 sub-board)
The river separates the Pridelands from the Outland region. At the moment there is high tension between the two separate groups of lions, since King Scar has been sending his hyenas and warriors out on patrols near the border.

| Feathered Fields
The future spot of the termite mounds, this lazy stretch of grass is the prime sunbathing spot for the pridemembers of the Outlands, and also serves as a hunting grounds on occasion. It's a beautiful area to view the stars at night.

| The Weeping Trees
The ground beneath these great trees is usually marshy (hence the area's name; a legend says that the trees cry with every moon), but is becoming more dusty as drought sweeps over the area. Thankfully, the trees do not seem to be greatly affected at this time and stand tall and proud.

| Boulders
The boulders are a nice little set of rocks that the cubs of the Outlands may play upon. These skills are very important to these cubs and often their play is quite exaggerated. When one claims the rocks as their own they proudly shout that they're the mighty Queen Pumzika!!

| Subterranean Den
This underground cove is where a lot of the Outlanders enjoy coming to relax and converse, possibly even hold meetings. It also serves as a sleeping den and has many tunnels that lead in and out of the cave. The outside is hidden by trees and the outcropping of the boulder playground.

| Touch of Man
Towards the edge of the Outsiders territory is a vacant village. Many years ago a small clan of humans lived here, but they all died off from a mysterious disease. The huts and other items left by the humans are still in relatively good condition. This is a good place to relax and get away from whatever is bothering you. The huts make good shelter against the heat and sun, and offer a nice hiding place to spy prey from.

| Lion Head Rock (1 sub-board)
Is a formation of rocks that take on the shape of a lion roaring. Upon arrival here, the King decided to make this the ceremonial place. Being so high up in the mountains also provides shelter and protection from any enemies the pride may eventually have.

| The Peak
The peak is used mainly for ceremonies and to seek guidance from the Great Kings. This place is always very cold and can easily even during the hottest summer nights make you shudder.

| Tree House
Along the mountain side, hidden by the thick jungle like foliage is a massive human made tree house. The family of apes that lived here have long since died, but this home remains. Sometimes the pride uses it as a look out point or even a hiding place during war. Cubs will come here to play since there are many unique things to explore.

| Sweeping Stream
The stream gets it's name for how it sweeps down the mountain side and into the vast territories around the mountains themselves. This source of water is pure spring water, and rarely ever stops flowing. This is a good place to be social, and relax.

| The Base
The base of the mountain is where 90% of the hunting takes place for the pride. They travel down here through rocky passage ways, that hide them from any prying eyes. The field is constantly green from the source of water and there is hardly time when prey cannot be found.

| The Desert
The desert is a very harsh place to take up residence, only the strongest will survive here. Only once every decade does the desert see any rain.. and usually even then the water sources dry up in a matter of days. There is no escape from the sun, for no trees grow here.

| The Jungle
The jungle is located on the opposite side of the desert. It is a beautiful and lush location that is full of foliage and animal a like. This is a land where the care free roam, or those that are just trying to escape life. Food is plentiful and so is the water.

| The Grasslands
Outside of the large jungle is an even more massive grassland. Where predator and prey are quite frequent. This place is perfect for a small lion pride to take up residence since it provides ample cover to stalk and bring down large prey. Herds find it to be cozy because of all the grass they can eat.
